Box, Papers, Microfibrer Pouch, and both sets of rubber nose / frame pieces are included. These glasses are adult owned and well cared for. The frame is great condition. The bridge is a little loose, but not bad. The frame has minor signs of use, but overall is very nice. The frame is METAL and is PLASMA. The lenses are Ice Iridium Polarized. They are good condition. The left lens has a small scratch. It is toward the inner bottom corner of the lens and is maybe one tenth of an inch. It is very small, but you can notice it when looking closely. I have circled it in red in the pictures that show it. Other than that, there are other very light scratches that are not noticeable when wearing the glasses, but can be seen when looking at the lenses at the correct angle. Guaranteed 100% authentic.
